Technical support is available for the OPTins application from 8am to 5pm Central, Monday through Friday. The OPTins Help Desk can be reached by calling 816-783-8990 or e-mailing email@example.com.
OPTins is available from 7am to 7pm CST Monday through Friday, except in the event of unexpected outages or emergency maintenance. The system may or may not be available outside these hours.
The regularly scheduled maintenance window for OPTins is every Tuesday from 7pm to Midnight and Wednesday from 7pm to 2am CST and the first Saturday of each month from 1pm to 7pm CST. Other maintenance, including code releases, will be scheduled as necessary. Users will be notified 24 hours prior to these whenever possible.
