Notes:
There are two reports/filings that RI accepts through OPTins. Additional details are below.
Annual Contracted Producer Report (and applicable fees) – Due March 1st
Rhode Island ACP:
Rhode Island Annual Contracted Producer Report- Due March 1st
All licensed insurance companies must file an Annual Contracted Producer Report.
To streamline the reporting process, the Department created a spreadsheet template with the requirements for this report. If you require additional rows in the spreadsheet, please feel free to use your own spreadsheet, as long as you are capturing the required information.
THIS SPREADSHEET MUST BE SUBMITTED AND ATTACHED IN OPTINS.
The template can be found directly on the RI Insurance Divisions website at https://dbr.ri.gov/documents/divisions/insurance/ACPR_2020.xlsx and can also be found when you log in to your OPTins account [filing wizard].
The RI Insurance Division also has an ACP Frequently Asked Questions document on their website that you can find here.
