Mandating Surplus Lines filings.
New Mexico will only accept 2014 Quarter 3 filings and beyond through OPTins.
New Mexico does not require zero/nil filings for Surplus Lines Brokers.
New Mexico does not refund tax overpayments. New Mexico will only apply credits to future tax payments.
New Mexico will not accept Binders. New Mexico will only accept Declaration page attachments.
Brokers will also be required to upload all declaration pages, cancellations, endorsements, etc. to their filings as an attachment for our review. Please scan all pages into one file.
